Summary:
Commonwealth Industries implementation of a knowledge management and employee incentive program helps promote innovation within their organization and gathers new and creative ideas within the Aluminum industry. Employees and outside users can participate in a complete innovation process online. This project took advantage of PHP, MySQL, CSS, and Java Script to execute the needed functionality. Just as important as the technologies involved are the planning, testing, and documentation. Technical project management skills are vital for these and other business applications to succeed.
My Typical Role In Development: I am a project manager, designer, and Internet architect by trade. Acting as a general contractor, I am accustomed to managing programmers, content professionals, and other designers to complete successful projects.
